Flockstage provides an AI-autonomous company operating system that implements proven business methodologies (including EOS, OKRs, 4DX, Scaling Up, and others) as working software tools. The service includes goal tracking, metrics dashboards, meeting facilitation, AI-powered recommendations, and autonomous operations capabilities.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

Payment Terms

Flockstage is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 60 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.

Flockstage's AI features provide recommendations and automation based on your company data and proven methodologies. While we strive for accuracy, AI recommendations are suggestions only and should not be considered professional advice.

Autonomous Operations

You control the level of AI autonomy. You may enable or disable autonomous features at any time. You remain responsible for all decisions made within your company, whether executed by humans or AI automation.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your company data. Flockstage does not claim ownership of any content, goals, metrics, or information you input into the platform. You may export your data at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious code or viruses
Reverse engineer or copy our software
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

Flockstage and all related trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos are our property. The service, including its code, design, and functionality, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flockstage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
